Website terms

This website

yorkdecking.co.uk explains the decking work we carry out locally and takes quote requests. Details of who operates it are in our privacy policy.

Misuse

Do not misuse the website, for example by submitting enquiries in someone else's name, introducing malicious code or scraping its content.

Using the site means agreeing

Continuing to use York Decking confirms your acceptance of these terms. Anyone who does not accept them should not use the website.

External links

Some pages point to external sources so you can check information yourself. Their content is the responsibility of their owners.

Copying our content

The text, design and images on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use, but please don't copy or republish them without permission.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for any loss caused by relying on this site's content. This does not affect your statutory rights.

About our images

Pictures help explain styles and materials. They are examples, not a portfolio of completed work.

Quotes

You can request a quote without paying anything or committing to the work. Some jobs or areas may be outside what we take on, and your price comes from the quote, not from this website.

Guidance, not advice

Everything on this site is general guidance. Every property is different, so figures for prices or timings are indicative and are not an offer or a quote. Your local council has the final word on planning, so check with them first.

Legal jurisdiction

These terms, and your use of yorkdecking.co.uk, are subject to the law of England and Wales and the jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes to these terms

We review the terms occasionally. Please check the date above the first section to see when they were last updated.
